Profile

Charlotte joined the Faculty in 2022 and works as a Personal and Partnership Tutor on the Primary PGCE course observing trainees in the classroom and providing feedback to support development and working in collaboration with lead mentors mentors and PGCE team members to support trainees’ practice and professional development as well as their wellbeing and welfare. Charlotte also marks trainees’ academic assignments to a Masters level providing feedback support trainees’ continued professional development write references for trainees’ first appointments and is involved in the selection and admission of trainees onto the Primary PGCE course.

Charlotte is an experienced classroom teacher and senior leader in primary education. In her school-based roles Charlotte has held responsibility for assessment pupil premium trainee teachers and ECTs. Prior to joining the Faculty Charlotte was Assistant Maths Hub Lead across the Norfolk and Suffolk area where she was a Primary Mastery Specialist as well as a Professional Development Cohort Lead for the NCETM and a School Development Lead for ARK Curriculum Plus – Mathematics Mastery. Charlotte currently also works as an OFSTED Inspector.
